What’s Included:

  • Free Class Drop-Ins
    Attend any class with open spots at no cost to deepen your understanding of sequencing, cueing, and programming. (excluding the Wednesday teacher’s class)

  • Teacher Observation Opportunities
    Observe experienced instructors teaching (prior teacher approval):

  • Structured Student Teaching Hours

    • Practice teaching on apparatus that modules have been completed, during designated daily time blocks

  • Studio Immersion

Apprentice Program

Our Pilates Teacher Apprentice Program is designed to bridge the gap between teacher training and confident, real-world instruction. This immersive experience allows apprentices to complete required student teaching hours while being fully integrated into a professional studio environment.
